Referring to the question raised at the Conference held in BY's. Office on Monday last, 27th. inst. regarding parts which have been supplied from Production to the Experimental Department for investigation. It has been ascertained that the undermentioned items have gone through in the ordinary routine of investigation and consequently a memo' was not issued covering the items.
