c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} 666 19th. April 1939. CONFIDENTIAL. BY.23/N. Messrs. Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. Dear Sirs, Re: 30.G.7 - Enclosed Limousine. We have had a chance of trying the above car and have also lent it to Sales. The following criticisms we would like to place on record, and we suggest that you will desire to alter your full-size drawing in case a replica be built. (1) Heights of backs of Extra Seats. Mr.Cox pointed out that these are too low. We suggest that they should be made the same as you are providing to Sales on Wraith III limousine in this dimension. (2) Wooden Shelves above seats when Folded. Mr.Cox says they foul the passengers knees. We do not see exactly what one can do with these, but they need raising. Are they worse than those on the Enclosed limousine you sell to Sales? Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS. | ||
