YOUR REF. OUR REF. BH/EW.

Date 12th October 1922.

RECEIVED 13 OCT 1922

Dear Sirs,

We beg to confirm our interview with you yesterday regarding suitable Sparking Plugs for your 20 H.P. and 40/50 H.P. engines.

As the results of tests, which were made in the presence of Mr. Hives, on both the above engines with our Model C.56. Lodge Steatite Plug, we have every confidence in recommending your adoption of this plug for both the 20 H.P. as well as for the two positions on the 40/50 H.P. engines.

From the results of the above tests we are of opinion that the C.56. Plug will be satisfactory both as regards heat and oil, and that therefore one plug will satisfy all conditions.

We beg to confirm having left with Mr. Hives one dozen of the Model C.56. plugs for further tests, and we have pleasure in enclosing herewith another two dozen which were requested by Mr. Platford, and we shall be pleased to supply further quantities for test if required.

We trust that you will see your way to adopt our Model
