Foot and hand brake equalizing shaft. N/s) O/s) | 2 | 2 | Well lubricated. Bearing in good condition.
Gear bearing | 2 | 2 | Well lubricated.
Hand brake lever shaft. | 1 | 2 | Well lubricated. Bearing in good condition.
Brake and clutch pedal shaft. | 1 | 2 | Well lubricated. Bearing in good condition.
Front brake equalizer shaft through clutch case. | 1 | 4 | Well lubricated. Bearings in good condition, Bijur plug requires attention.
Clutch operating shaft. | 1 | 2 | Well lubricated. Bearings in good condition.
Clutch Trunnion. | 1 | 2 | Well lubricated. Thrust race in good condition.
Servo shaft, cams, etc. | 4 | 4 | Well lubricated. Bearings in good condition. Cam faces require spots of oil occasionally.
Servo friction arm. | 1 | 2 | Well lubricated. Bearing in good condition.
Steering shaft Pendulum lever ball end. | 2 | 4 | Well lubricated. No wear in bearing has been well lubricated, but considerable wear has taken place on ball surfaces. See separate report.
Water Pump Spindle. | 7 | 10 | Good film of oil on spindle. Spindle grooved on the inner sides of bearing surface. Bearings show signs of wear at the inner ends. Inside of pump casting shellac coating peeled off.
Rear shock-damper bearings and connecting link ball ends. N/s O/s | 3 4 | 4 4 | Bearings well lubricated. Ball ends well lubricated.

FRONT AXLE.

O/s wheel unit. Top pivot bearing. | 4 | 4 | Well lubricated. Roller race in good condition.
Bottom pivot bearing. | | | Plentiful supply of oil. Slight play in bearing.
Brake toggle shafts. | 1 | 2 | Well lubricated. Bearings in good condition.
Front axle control anchorage spindle. | 6 | 4 | Bijur changed early on. At end of test, well lubricated. Bearing O.K. but scheme for oiling ball end is a complete failure, no oil has got to it.
Brake operating shafts. | 4 | 4 | Only bearing nearest lubricator oiled, no oil got to bearing at lever end. system of oiling this shaft inefficient. oil should be led through centre of shaft. 8 to 10 drops per min. wanted.
