Mr. Green found that an impression he had given me some time ago that Mr. Lyons of S.S. had a direct financial interest in Motor Panels Ltd., was accurate, and that when Mr. Smith of Fisher & Ludlow drew out, his interests were at once taken up by Mr. Lyons. This may affect our future policy after we get through the war and have been able to liquidate our needs in connection with the bodies for the Bentley V.{VIENNA} and associated chassis. BY.{R.W.
