Contd. -4- EFC1/T1.1.21. Coventry on Wednesday last, during which visit the development of this particular magneto was explained. [crossed out handwritten text] (5) There is also the possibility of using the R.Bosch Z.R.6 magneto which is probably as good as any magneto obtainable, although there are those who consider that the best English make may be superior. If it can be shown that the B.T.H. magneto is at least as good, we think that taking all things into consideration, e.g. the possibility of the rate of exchange again becoming normal, we should avoid, if it is possible to get a British machine equally as good, the standardisation of that magneto.
