EW.877 Connecting Shaft. 1 off.
KB.3579 Nut for Connecting Shaft. 3 off.
K.4602A Split Pin for Rear Coupling. 3 off.
EW.1927 Driving Block. 3 off.
E.88267 Driving Pin. 3 off.

The parts marked 'x' are alternative to that marked 'y'. Kindly produce 1 set (including both alternatives), and an extra set off Ex.1152 Connecting Shaft and KB.1858 Rivet.

The above scheme is as verbally instructed by BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} will determine the durometer hardness to be tried on the Coupling Block Ex.S.1145.

With reference to DW.819/820, and 821, these will be issued shortly by BY/RD.

Regarding Ex.S.1143/4/5, these parts are to be produced by Metalastik Limited, and since Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} is dealing with these, we attach one blueprint of each to his copy, together with one blue print of S.CD.940.
