OY. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X8060 X3668 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG6.12.28. Referring to the cable we have received from you dated the 23rd. Nov. which reads : "HIVES - WHEN RUNNING FULL THROTTLE AT WHAT ENGINE SPEED "SHOULD AIR VALVE COMMENCE TO LIFT - OLLEY". We regret that we have not replied to this before but we could not quite understand what information you required. The air valve commences to lift at the lowest speed we can measure under full throttle running conditions. We know it commences to lift at 2 m.p.h. If you will let us have more particulars of what it is you wish to find out, we will endeavour to help you. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
