[Handwritten]: noted [Signature] Dear Robotham, I hasten to reply to yours of the 29th October, Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}11/ML., regarding your heater requirements and find that the only reason the five heaters have not been despatched is that our Specialist, Mr.Grose, has been waiting word either from you or myself regarding the defroster units or ducts which are an essential feature of the outfit and are, as you know, fitted in position at the base of the screen. There are a number of designs of the latter but our stock is necessarily limited today and I am taking pot luck by sending five of a stock type together with the heaters. If you would like our Specialist to visit your Fitting Staff at Derby for the purpose of helping on the installation arrangements kindly let me know. Sincerely yours, [Handwritten Signature]: Charles Wrench [Handwritten]: P.A. Tried to phone without success | ||
