Article 2. - -

Article 3. In cases of change of address, the foreigner must have his identity card visaed at the "Mairie" or the "Commissariat de Police" of his new domicile.

A special sheet is provided inside the identity card for the recording of this visa. etc.,

Article 4. The identity card serves as a residential permit.

The card can be withdrawn from holders who neglect to conform to the existing regulations, or who cease to offer desirable guarantees., etc.,

Article 8. Identity cards are valid for a period of three years, any year commenced counting as a whole year., etc.,
