| COPY ACCIDENT AT HINCKLEY EXTRACT FROM STATEMENT OF CLAIM. PARTICULARS OF NEGLIGENCE. -------- The defendants, their servant or agent, drove at an excessive speed; on the wrong side of the road; gave not any warning of his approach or of his intention to pass across the front of the said "Willys Knight" motor car; failed to pull up or stop or to slacken speed or to do ought to manoeuvre the said motor car safely past the said "Willys Knight" motor car; attempted to pass in front of the said "Willys Knight" motor car when there was insufficient room and/or time to do so; failed to avoid the said "Willys Knight" motor car and collided with it. ---- | ||
