To Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} c. to G/Mt. 6065 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wst.35/JH.30.10.36. Phantom III Speedometer off 36-EX. The above speedometer No.P.483 has been removed from the car, owing to the pointer having a tendency to stick at various points over the scale. At the same time a clicking noise appears to come from the rotating element inside. Will you please have this instrument returned for overhaul and repair. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wst.
