- 2 - BY.11/G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 23.9.31. The cylinders under (1), (2) and (3) have been supplied in the rough condition, and will have to be machined. The set under No. 2 will have to be heat treated after machining to such a condition that a grinding allowance is left on the inside face. We will supply the figures for this heat treatment later.
