TELEPHONE No. 7200 CENTRAL. TELEGRAMS: "ORGANIZE, MANCHESTER." TRAFFORD PARK, MANCHESTER. X548 [STAMP: RECEIVED APR 2 1912] [STAMP: CJ / 3 / IV / 12] 1st April, 1912. [Handwritten note: Mrs Deas ack: rect ask Tech: Cttee to test these J] C. Johnson, Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd., 14 Conduit Street, LONDON. W. Dear Mr. Johnson, SKEFCO COMPANY. These people make a self aligning Ball-bearing, and have asked me - through their Mr. W.H.D.Fielding - to be allowed to submit it to the Company; and I have said I am sure an application to you would receive due consideration. I am sorry to trouble you in such matters, but you will appreciate I cannot very well refuse them a hearing out of ordinary courtesy, and also because what they are offering, may be, for all I know, of interest to you. I hope you are always able to pass such matters on to your subordinates, so that you, personally, don't suffer much. Yours sincerely, E A Claremont EAC/F.{Mr Friese} | ||
