Dear Oy,

Thanks for your letter on the Cadillac 60 axle.

Herewith a further print to the ones Leslie sent you to show how good our cars are getting.

In connection with your once saying that skid-pan results were confirmed on the banking at high speeds on the proving ground we have just been doing calculations on this subject. On a 1 in 4 banking the apparent weight of the car at the point of skidding is increased by 17% which we think should make quite a difference.

Next time you are writing us could you clear up another point. Does a rear wheel drive car tend to understeer when driving and oversteer when braking, and if so, why ?

Looking forward to your visit,

Yours sincerely,
