CLUTCH JAGGERS

The new compound cushion plate is regarded as a cure for this.

OVEROILING

When non-hydraulic tappets are introduced at the first chassis in "D" Series this trouble should be eliminated.

STEERING WOBBLES AND JOGGLES

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} would like a statement from Service Stations of the seriousness of these complaints. A permanent cure for both is to be introduced on "E" Series.

CLONKS IN TRANSMISSION

Will Service Stations please report whether there have been any complaints of clunks on cars fitted with the new gear box stay.

BROKEN DIFFERENTIAL CASING

A broken casing reported from Paris has not yet been received at Derby for examination. Instructions are being issued that the remaining 34 cars which have the original type of casing shall have the strengthened type fitted.
