Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Servo for 25-30 HP. 22-C-V.{VIENNA} We return herewith your copy of Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}15/KW. 1.1.36 which you sent to us for our remarks. We are in agreement with the proposals except as follows:- (1) There is in our opinion insufficient clearance for a production job between the two bolts as shewn on R.M.37. We suggest that this scheme is used for experimental purposes,* care being taken that the clearance shown is obtained but that for production the bolt is turned round as shown by our N.Sch.4735. (2) The brake pedal stop to be as shewn by N.Sch.4735.. We are sending N.Sch.4735 to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} *as the pieces are already made E/HDY.{William Hardy} | ||
