W.A. Robotham Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd,
Derby.

Dear Robotham,

I believe that you do a certain amount of exterior chromium plating on steel.

We have never been able to do this satisfactorily and avoid rust.
Would it be asking too much for you to tell us what process you use?

Yours sincerely,

S.B.Wilks.
