X7800 Extract from G.W. Hancock's report dated 15.8.30 on 24-EX at 10,000 miles. X7800, HEAD LAMPS AND FITTINGS. SPOT LAMP. The head lamps have been satisfactory for night driving. The condition at the finish of the mileage is good. The spot lamp was O.K. for the dimming arrangement until it was put out of action due to the lamp glass and bulb being broken by stones from passing cars. It would appear that some form of protection is necessary for Continental driving. | ||
