x4647 342 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}9/KW.1.10.34. We have had repeated difficulty in getting the shock absorbers on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III to work. The replenishing valves are most inaccessible. We should be glad if you would look at the attached sketch Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1534 and see if we could get a detachable replenishing valve in on these lines on the existing shock absorbers. We admit that this is not a very satisfactory job but it seems very difficult to get anything better. We should like something of the sort to be done while the car is in the shop this time.
