The Armstrong Patent Co. Ltd.,
Beverley,
E.YORKS.

For the attention of Mr. Armstrong.

Dear Sirs,

We have just received the zero clearance pistons and the increased interference sealing piece, and we hope to carry out tests of them in the course of the next day or so.

In addition, we should like to carry out some tests on one of your large dempers, which we believe have a four bolt fixing, and we should be much obliged if you would send us one for trial. Looked at from the front, the lever should extend to the right in order to suit our rig.

An official order follows.

Yours faithfully,
for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
