With reference to your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/LG.12.11.28, re inadequate oil supply, please note we have modified the rocker shaft F.77709 in accordance with your drawing V.453, under alteration No.13241/E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} As regards the oil restriction at the valve stem end of rocker, shown on your drawing V.410, we suggest you adopt this scheme for "the present S.S." chassis, as there are alternative suggestions from W.W. which may be adopted permanently.
