Dear Sirs,

In answer to your letter of the 7th. inst. your reference HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.2/MA. concerning two further pairs of 20/25-HP. type three point suspension Wind Tone Horn brackets, we would inform you that these further sample pairs have been made but unfortunately they were not correct and now have to be re-made. We informed the gentleman who answered the telephone, that we were doing our best to deliver these Horn brackets by the end of this week.

Assuring you of our best attention at all times.

We are, Sirs,
