Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 19th. inst. regarding your offer to reduce the mould cost for the coupling (ECD.914) from £30 to £4.10s.0d. by virtue of you having a spare mould. Since that time, however, we have found certain defects, not with your coupling, but the way we have adapted it for our purpose.
