- 3 - The tensile values set by the Arsenal will easily meet those specified by Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} since presumably these are longitudinal tests. The only item in doubt is the transverse impact requirement which I feel certain will also be met but should be checked by actual tests here. As the negotiations develop such can easily be made.
