Referring to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}1/LG13127., we sent through a design - No scheme 2216. - about the end of June 1926., in which the front spring was deleted, and the toggling done near the silencer. We presume that this is what Mr. Hancock proposes, and that we shall be getting an experimental report in due course.
