Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/MK9.5.33 We were instructed to note the various new items on this car, and the only two points to try, of course, were:- (1) The silent second gear with easier change. (2) The silencer on the carburettor intake. PN.{Mr Northey} tested this car and reports that both features were excellent in every way. He also mentioned that generally speaking the car was nicer to drive and handle generally than any he has so far driven. He anticipates that more shock absorber damping will be required with the low rated springs on the French roads. C. | ||
