Dear Sirs,
I thank you for your letter of the 25th inst. and regret that I am not in a position to furnish you with the weights of the cars entered in the Tourist Trophy Race, but regarding the track and wheelbase, the following are the dimensions :-
(1) Riley "Sprite" - Wheelbase 8 ft. 1 1/2 ins. Track 4 ft.
(2) Delahaye - Wheelbase 2.7 metres. Track 1.378 metres. 8.9ft - 4.6ft -
(3) B.M.W. - Wheelbase 2.4 metres. Track (front) 1.15 metres, Track (rear) 1.27 metres. 7ft.9 - 3.8ft - 4.2ft
(4) Lagonda - Wheelbase 10 ft. 9 ins. Track 4 ft. 9 1/4 ins.
(5) Bentley 10ft 6" Track. 4ft 8"
