X. 4383 EFC3/T2.12.21. To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from EFC. c. to CJ. c. to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} X4383 - R.R. GOSHAWK DYNAMO. We now have the LeC. of the arrgt. of the dynamo terminals. Should not some sort of terminal cover be provided for these as, with the system as arranged at present, owing to the presence of the cutout contacts between the negative dynamo terminal and chassis frame, if the charging switch be on with the car stopped, all the dynamo wires and terminals will be alive, and short circuits might occur by anyone using a spanner, etc. EFC. | ||
