To Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. to Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} X4117 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rnl/LGS.11.26. Mr. Arthur Gibbs, Birtly House, Bramley, Surrey recently visited Mr. Royce and complained of intermittent popping in the carburetter of his car. It occurs to us that this may have been caused by a broken tappet spring. We should suggest that car is examined at the first opportunity and the trouble located.
