I am sorry to say that Mr. Paull has been far from well and has in fact been absent from the Works on this account during the last week or two. The matter of Silent Tread Tyres is one which has been receiving his attention, and I know he would like to pay you a personal visit at Derby with a view to advancing the matter further.
