X3462 B/CH/2-8-24 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} BY/C4/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 2. 6. 24 [STAMP: RECEIVED 6 JUN 1924] 40/50 HP. CHASSIS. SIDE LEVER MECHANISM. You will remember that at the request of Sales Dept. we supplied two change speed levers which were 3" shorter than our present standard. We understand these have been tested out by various people down at Sales, and they are of the opinion that the lever should be made 2" shorter, and recommend that it should be standardized. Perhaps if you agree you will arrange for Standardization Sheets to be issued. If not, please let us know so that we can advise Sales. BY/C. [Signature] for BY | ||
