The Dunlop Rubber Co.,
Aston Cross,
Birmingham.

Dear Sirs,

X-4030 For the attention of Mr. Walter Bond.

Please find attached Chart showing miles run on tyres during the week.

With reference to your memo O'C/11/441., we are quite in agreement to sending the Car to Birmingham periodically for you to inspect tyres. At present, however, the Car is in the south of England and will not be back in Derby until Thursday afternoon. The Works at Derby will be closing down for the annual holiday from Friday July 2nd. until July 15th. The Car will not do any very long mileage during that period. We will make arrangements to send the Car over to Birmingham immediately we return to work. We will let you know what day it will be coming.

Yours faithfully,
