Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/ML. Uec 9.3.41. A.T.Speedometer Co.Ltd., Chronos Works, North Circular Road, LONDON.N.W.2. For the attention of Mr. A.F.Arrowsmith. Dear Sirs, Thank you for your letter of the 6th. March concerning the difficulty of supplying electric rev-counters with odd calibration ratios. Since you cannot give us electric rev-counters with a ratio of .7916, please make it 2 - 1. Under these circumstances, we would like the magnetic instrument to be calibrated to .7916, and supplied complete with a 20 ft. flexible drive. We would be grateful if you would urge this job along since it is an extremely urgent one. Yours faithfully, For ROLLS ROYCE LTD., | ||
