-3- The classification is important but we would not propose to take any chances whatever or do anything which was not first submitted and approved by the Customs as coming within their interpretation of the Customs Law. It is recognised, of course, that these revised prices are today merely assumptions but are indicative of the trend of the times, which you as manufacturers and we as sellers are confronted with and must find ways to meet, provided Rolls-Royce shall continue to hold its own and, as all of us hope, show steady progress in meeting the situation. After all is said and done, anything, however good, which is manufactured and offered for sale is only successful to the extent that customers can be found to buy and pay for the same. It is an open market and by continued effort and closest possible cooperation, which we offer you and desire from you, can solution be found, item by item, in the course of time. Kindly give my very best regards to Mr.Wormald and your other associates and trusting you have had a safe and reasonably comfortable passage and that you found all at home well and eagerly awaiting your help and assistance, I am Sincerely yours, (Sgd.)
