SPEED INDICATORS. HAND USE. These Instruments have been on the market a number of years, and are adopted by the chief Government Departments. A FEW POINTS:— They are made in a variety of ranges, to suit different conditions. They are sensitive and dead beat. They dispense with a stop watch. They are time-saving, as they show r.p.m. at any moment. They can be used in either vertical or horizontal position, or at any convenient angle.
