The Works are still in trouble inasmuch as they cannot get the Starter Motor to fully engage on the 9 volt test. We are,in a way,back to where we used to be, because we have so much tooth friction. It either means prolonged light test to obviate bearing friction, or increasing the voltage to,say 9¾. What do you think ? 9 volts should stay WST BY/RD. | ||
