BENTLEY CANTILEVER PEDALS N.Sch.4776.

Confirming our conversation with Hdy.{William Hardy}, we think that it would be a good thing if you instructed any cheapening mods. to N.Sch.4776 which you may wish to introduce as soon as possible so that we can get them on the next car for France. The pedals as now designed cost £1.12.6d. more than the standard ones.

We made recommendations for cheapening the pedals in our Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Smth.6/R.17.12.36, but consider that items (1) and (3) in that memo are too experimental to be introduced at the moment.
