In response to your memo. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/LG11.8.27.,
the actual design of the 20 HP. moveable idler wheel has never
yet been approved, although the principle is conceded, being
the same as we used on the larger engine. R.{Sir Henry Royce} has decided that
this alteration will ve dealt with when we modify the engine
in other respects, so as to make a clean sweep of the whole job.
