Test of the SpectreCodename for Phantom III & Bentley on the Stelvio.

Further to my comments on the high compression head in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}12/KW.2.9.35, I have now received a letter from the Ethyl Export Corporation which almost exactly confirms my own impression, and explains the behaviour of the car during my recent tour.

We will try and get more exact information about the petrol obtainable on the Continent and discuss the matter fully with Sr.
