To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.17/JH.7.1.37. STEAM VALVE FOR CONTINENTAL RADIATOR. Although we have had some sucess with the above steam valve, as drawn, we think that a better result would be obtained by using a blow off spring of approximately same external diameter as the pressure valve.
