In connection with the above R.{Sir Henry Royce} would like you to bring down a 25HP. chassis fitted with the twin carburetter and induction pipe if this is possible.

Our design of this type of induction for Phantom 2. is making good progress.

We are doing all the [handwritten: governor] control gear and including a delay action accelerator pump so as to make a thorough job of it, hence some little delay.

We are sending to Derby this afternoon the design for a petrol pump to go on to existing Phantom engines in place of the vacuum pump.
