With reference to the Lodge Sparking Plugs sent under cover of your memo JR{Mr James Royce}10/J51214, Mr Hives reports as follows :-

"These plugs are entirely different design to "those which we have previously recommended. "It will be at least two or three months before "we could test them suffic iently to recommend. "I think it would be interesting to write to "the Lodge people and ask them what advantages "we should anticipate in these new plugs, or "why do they propose to stop making the others."
