Y353/ 7th. Nov. 1923. Brinley, Esq., 58 Carlyle Mansions, Carlyle Place., London S.W.1. Dear Brinley, I have received your telegram asking my opinion on 'Beans'. I assume that you would like me to give you my opinion with regard to the Bean Cars. I have never driven or ridden in one of these Cars. I have examined one, however, and consider that the design is above the average for similar class type of cars. I consider it is certain, that if the quality of the cars had not been good, they would never have been able to reconstruct and start up again. I also consider the Bean would score over other cars on reliability rather than performance. I trust this information is what you require. If there is anything further I can do, please let me know. Yours truly, | ||
