X. 4354. Extract from Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 's note of Tuesday April 11th. to EP. {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} AUTOMATIC ADVANCE FOR BATTERY IGNITION. R agrees that the ignition as arranged on this works satisfactorily. This is the same as EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} original modification. He cannot or does not understand that the alteration can have made any difference. It is useless to attempt to argue with R on this point. The ignition governor should be made same as 4/5/G. Seeing that it is working so satisfactorily it is not worth spending any more time discussing. On this point R was furious at the suggestion that the governor should start from C. | ||
