In connection with the demand made upon us to test cars at their highest speed when complaints or criticisms are received, it has been suggested that we should make more use of the Brooklands track. PN.{Mr Northey} thinks you have some arrangement with the Brooklands management, possibly allowing you to use the track at fees lower than those charged to the ordinary private individual and that such an arrangement might possibly be extended to include us.
