RE X.3031 - MAGNALIUM METAL

With reference to your memo R2/B9517, we made inquiries as to the price and quantity obtainable, of the above metal, from the O.O., and we were informed that the price was £215 per ton, for the last quantity delivered, but that enquiries would be made for the present price.

We are to-day, urging these enquiries, and also asking for a report on the casting characteristics of this metal as compared with crankchamber alloy.
