With reference to the model 301 Ammeter No.187887 recently returned to The Weston Electrical Instrument Co.Ltd. as per your memo EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T26.1.28 and our order R.6345. The Weston Electrical Instrument Co. report that on examination of the above instrument it was found to be off balance, and also a terminal had come loose.
