-6- UNCOMFORTABLE RIDE. (1) Buckled packing washers under suspension springs. Faulty assembly (2) Rear dampers initial poundage increased .005". (3) Drilled .039 hole in rear damper valve. (4) Increased leak of front dampers from .005 to .012". .012" is standard (5) Thudding front of chassis, damper valves with gummy deposit. Only if item (4) is less than .012" (6) Damper control pump not giving maximum poundage. I see RADIATOR. (1) Cap not fitting. (2) Water leak from filler cap ball valve. (3) Steam valve not seating. fitter troubles BONNET (1) Knocks. solved [illegible] removed FAN. (1) Noisy - new bearings. scheme in hand for grease retainer ROAD SPRINGS.
