The information you give, is just what we need, and we thank you for your co-operation. We look upon this test as being one of considerable importance, and would like to have an opportunity of inspecting the vehicle, and tyres regularly. If it would suit your convenience we should be obliged if you would instruct your driver to call here with the vehicle say - once per fortnight, asking for Test Department. If, however, the above is not practicable, and you have any other suggestion to make on this matter of inspection of tyres, please let us know, and we will endeavour to fall in with it.
